MERLOT ROSÉ WINE

“Astonishing aroma of wild strawberries that lingers in your memory”

Vinification: The grapes used to produce this wine come from own organic vineyards. The harvest is done by hand selecting the grapes in the field. Then, they are taken immediately to the cellar, avoiding oxidation and lose of aromas. The alcoholic fermentation is done at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with selected yeast. Once the fermentation is completed, the wine is left in a reductive atmosphere. Towards December the wine goes through a gentle filtration just before being bottled. Alcohol content 13.5% vol. 

Tasting notes: Light raspberry red with violet reflection, showing youth. In the nose, aromas of strawberries appear, with hints of flowers and a delicate sweetness. In the mouth the wine is fresh and playful, with a velvety structure and persistent finale.
