Experience the process of making wine at harvest time on the premises (3 h).
Visit the vineyards, which are being harvested, visit the winery, where you can see the steps in the winemaking and taste the grape juice (children are welcome) and our wines. The wine tasting will take place at the "Senia", a typical farmhouse surrounded by vineyards. Best time between the end of August and the beginning of September, depending on the harvest time. Price per person: €10
Visit to the wine celler + tasting our wines + workshop of making “Clotxa” (3h). All year round.
Workshop of “Clotxa”, a traditional dish of Ribera d’Ebre, consists of preparing and eating it, accompanied by our Crianza or Joven Merlot.
Price per person: 18 €. Only for groups of at least 10 persons (By special arrangement smaller groups may be possible)
Wine en Kayak
Wine en kayak, is an activity that combines active tourism and wine that will allow you to combine sport with culture and gastronomy of Ribera d'Ebre.
To begin with technicians Rogles Aventura will let us know the Ebro River by kayaking. Enjoy easy riverside vegetation and learn names of trees and differentiate species of birds. Know what "Les Sorts or sortetes"; What are the "berenjena"; which points Iberians chose our ancestors to live and anecdotes of the Battle of the Ebro during the Civil War.
A Ginestar, once completed the kayak tour, the winery technicians Suñer will have ready the activity related to wine. Visit their vineyards to know the varieties that work and how they work. We know the climate of the area and type of soil. We learn to taste wines with a description of its features and we go into the cellar to the process that is carried out for winemaking.
