Español Vins i Olis Suñer, tradition in the cultivation of the land
In Ginestar, Ribera d’Ebre; for generations our family has cultivated the land, getting from it the best crops.
We’re a family company founded by Manuel Suñer in 1936 with the production of extra virgin olive oil in the oil mill of Ginestar, where we actually continue this task. Later on, we started the production of bulk wine coming from old vines and under Fernando Suñer’s management, we invested in more properties and bigger instalations.
In 1999, Manuel Suñer, third generation, decides to launch a new project. The renovation of an old cellar located in the lower floor of the family house with the aim of creating a small production of bottled wine, selected and limited with organic agriculture. Recently her daughter Mª Alba as an enologist and Josep, working in tourism and sales, have joined the project. Today we continue with the production of olive oil, bottled wine and bulk wine.
