The typicity of Macabeo in Ribera d’Ebre.
Production: 2000 bottles
Grape variety: 100% Macabeo
Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually with a first selection performed in the vineyard, picking only the grapes that present an excellent condition. Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperature during 48 hours. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with selected yeast. After fermentation the wine will remain there for 3 months where lees stirring is executed. Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Tasting notes: Pale yellow white wine with tender green reflection. Aromas of tropical and white fruit with hints of minerality and anise in mouth. It is a young, bright, and fresh wine, but intense and persistent at the same time, expressing in the best way possible the typicity of the Macabeo grape in our region.
