Description
VERMOUTH
Composition: Wine macerated with a blend of 40 different botanicals between 15 and 20 days.
Tasting notes: Visually it’s a vermouth with a deep brown color, intense and bright. In the nose it’s discreetly aromatic with notes of sweet spices such as vanilla, ripe red fruits, licorice and citrus peel. In the mouth the attack is soft but rich with a lively vanilla base, hints of balsamic, licorice, bay leaf and a slight note of thyme from the Medirerranean underwood. A delicate and bitter aftertaste that, combined with red fruit, brings a fresh ending. Content of alcohol: 15% vol.
Pairing: A slice of orange gives it a great balance of acidity. Pair it with olives and sausages, ideal to enjoy as an aperitif with friends!
