LA POCAVERGONYA WINE
A “shameless in” wine
Vinification: Wine produced among four wineries from Ribera d’Ebre region, we vinify each variety separately in each cellar and then we create the blend. Manual harvest, static settlement with no clarifying agents, the flower must ferments at controlled temperature. Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
Tasting notes: Pale yellow white wine, transparent and shiny. Good aromatic intensity, aromas of flowers and white fruit. Hints of citrus in a fresh and elegant attack in mouth. Balanced and complex wine with a long finale.
