WHAT WE CALL THE FIRST JET OIL?
Called “first oil jet” at first pressed oil mill of the season, usually in mid-November and early fresh olives from Arbequina. The intensive cultivation system with a joint gathering machine allows us to harvest olives in about three days. This helps retain optimum green / maturity we need for this product.
Sometimes also called popularmente oil first pressing but we believe that this term provides the mistake as all the oil press mill is first pressed, ie, extra virgin olive oil.
WHAT THE DIFFERENCE OF A STANDARD OIL?
Being an early oil from olives is very intense and fruity. Furthermore this oil is characterized by being bottled unfiltered so it preserves all volatile matter providing all the properties of extra virgin olive oil authentic.
WHY THE FIRST JET OIL MAKES POSITIVE?
The oil filter is not normal that after a few weeks to pack it, because it takes much sediment organic load. But it is no disadvantage since this unfiltered oil, like wine, best preserved and maintains all its characteristic properties.

HOW advised to consume it?
Oil is ideal for eating raw. For example, in salads. carpaccio, sauteed vegetables, meat and fish grilled in escabeixos, etc. And it gives meaning to the saying “oil to dip bread in it.”
